"Mixed feelings- comfortable but no breakfast"

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is great for the airport and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

The 24 hour reception is a joke. Communication is terrible and when we arrived the reception was unmanned. We were promised breakfast at 8am as we were being collected for a trek. When we got up there was nobody in the hotel except for one other guest also expecting breakfast before she went on a cookery course. There was no explanation, apology or refund for this lack of breakfast.

The room was very cozy and clean and there was nothing we have missed. The breakfast on the beautiful terrace/rooftop was huge and very delicious.

I got a very large room, basically an apartment at a very good price. The place was near the area where I had to attend a meeting.

Is a little hard to find. The facilities in the bathrom are not exactly in top shape, but everything was more than fine.

"Beautiful Suite"

The room was large, clean and well appointed. The location was in the city center but down a quiet street.

WiFi was spotty. We could not figure out how to operate the large TV.

"Difficult to recommend despite being comfortable"

Comfortable, clean room. Good place for the end of a holiday as near to airport. Breakfast on the terrace was good.

Communication is poor and the 24h reception is rarely manned. We don’t usually watch tv but having just returned from a trek in the High Atlas we were exhausted so wanted to relax. Sadly the tv did not work (despite the best efforts of one of the staff)
