Tout était parfait un palace à un prix abordable, le personnel le plus gentil et le plus attentionné que j’ai jamais vu . J’etais malade le 2 eme jour ils ont été aux petits soins pour moi , vraiment rien à dire et dans une petite ruelle calme de Gueliz loin du tumulte des touristes.

I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop. The bed was king size and comfortable. The room was spacious. Location is great. Friendly staff.

My room was on the main floor by reception and the stairs, so when people came into the hotel I could hear the noises very loudly. Staff sent several messages while I was trying to sleep at around 10 pm, to say the outer door would be locked at midnight and then another message after 12 am to say it was locked. Couldn't get the TV to work. Pillows are hard.
