Great location, beautiful room, great service from the team

Easy access to the train station. Quality of the room and the range of food at breakfast.

Quite noisy due to road works and fighting in the street.

The hotel was clean and tidy, although there was major road works put aside they could not be heard inside. The room was very clean and comfortable, brilliant air con - a bonus in the heat wave. Would definitely stay again

Stayed for one night just for a little break. Was able to leave luggage early and go out and about Glasgow. Booked the basic room type and was allocated the next room category after pointing out that our level status with Expedia states that a room upgrade should be given if available ! No hotel ever knows anything about this even though hotel chain marketing teams must sign up to this? Perks for another customer had been left in our room which we were allowed to have. We did have a cocktail through an Itison deal which was nice in the bar. Our room was nice, decor fresh and pleasant with a view overlooking Central station. Had stayed here many years ago and the view was the same as I’d remembered. Lots of road works to the front of the hotel but this did not affect us. Downside for me was very noisy air conditioning which we couldn’t switch off and did affect our sleep and the fact that there are only showers in the superior rooms. This room did have toweling robes and magnifying mirrors in the shower room which I liked. The shower was good though. We did decide to buy a breakfast which was a bit cheaper on checking in. We went down to the restaurant just after opening time thinking it would be a quiet time but it was packed. Very nice choice compared to other four star hotels. Would have liked a bigger size plate to eat from. The largest seemed side plate sized. Being so busy it was not too relaxing. Staff were all pleasant. Their pool and gym was closed for refurbishment. Overall nice stay. We did have a look in other similar hotels in the area and for the same star rating this seemed the best in this area.

We spent one night on a dinner bed and breakfast basis on Sunday. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a luxurious bathroom. Dinner for me was a little disappointing purely because there were not enough healthy options. What we had was very tasty none the less. I'd like to see more variety. Breakfast was amazing. All staff were very helpful, courteous and efficient. We will definitely return.

Last night, my wife Jacqueline and I returned to the Radisson Blu Glasgow (Grahamston lounge) for dinner, following a disappointing experience we encountered during our stay on 26th April 2026. I felt it was important to write this review because the way our original complaint was handled, and the outstanding service we received on our return visit, completely restored our faith in the hotel. From the moment Front Office Manager Michelle Roberts contacted us regarding our concerns, we were treated with professionalism, genuine care and understanding. Michelle’s communication throughout was exceptional. She listened carefully to our feedback, took ownership of the issues we had raised and demonstrated a sincere commitment to putting things right. In an era where customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, Michelle’s attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. As I mentioned above, we returned for dinner last night at 5.15pm and were served and well looked after by Dawn from Hungary, who was simply outstanding. Dawn is a credit to the Radisson Blu team. Her warm welcome, friendly personality, professionalism and impeccable attention to detail made our evening incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured every aspect of our dining experience was delivered to the highest standard. It was clear that Dawn genuinely cares about her guests and takes great pride in providing excellent service. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, but what elevated the entire experience was the exceptional service we received. Dawn’s commitment to delivering first-class hospitality reminded us why we have chosen the Radisson Blu Glasgow for so many years. A huge thank you also to Michelle Roberts for the way she handled our original complaint. The professionalism, care and attention shown throughout the process transformed what had been a disappointing experience into a wonderful example of customer service recovery. Both Michelle and Dawn are fantastic ambassadors for the Radisson Blu brand. Their efforts have completely restored our confidence in the hotel and reinforced why it has always been our first choice when visiting Glasgow. We left feeling valued, appreciated and genuinely delighted with our experience. We will most definitely be returning in the very near future and look forward to seeing the team again. Hotel is nice, rooms where fine and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good for being in UK. Will use this hotel again i think.
