Hotel was spotless. Rooms were excellent. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Preparations for the Scotland Vs Morocco football match were poor. Small TV in the bar. I received no points or tier additions to my account and I had 2 rooms booked for an old friend

Another amazing stay stunning hotel food drinks

I was a little disappointed booking a premium room and ending up with a view of a roof and just looking into other windows of hotel but I did ask to be moved and I ended up with a amazing view the staff really are amazing but the windows and views are really what I love so it was abit annoying when I booked premium but this was dealt with and again staff are amazing
