Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Cindy at the front desk is amazing and very quickly responds to whatever you need with a smile and actually looks like she enjoys helping. She goes out of her way to deliver exceptional service. Great place to stay

"Met the business plan for a one night stay"

Despite the hotel being near the main road lttle traffic noise could be heard. Self service breakfast was good but the property was not busy. Staff were all very friendly.

Not sure what sort of training staff get but maybe this is an area that could be devloped to move it to excellent.

"What a breath of FRESH Air! Love this hotel!!"

Unbelievably CLEAN and comfortable hotel! The staff are friendly and accommodating! I was particularly impressed with Cindy -night shift who was hard working and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of! Very impressed! When you walk through the door you can smell the freshness—the rooms have been updated -are quiet and comfortable! We will go out of our way during a trip to the Cities to stay here!
