Quality Inn Shallotte near Ocean Isle Beach

The bed coverings were stained & didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned in months. There was long black hairs all over the room & towels. Adjoining room patrons kept their TV on at a loud volume all night & were not curious to other guests with noise.

The room was clean and mobility accessible

The smell in the hall and the room was terrible. It reminded me of cat pee

The staff was great. The location was easy to get to. Parking lot big enough it’s not slam full with cars you have to worry about denting your vehicle.

Having a room by the pool. I keep weird hours so trying to sleep at 730-8pm and having to listen to people outside was frustrating. There is no way that room every got to 60 degrees, 70 degrees maybe but not 60. Not the end of the world but I sleep best when I’m cold and that’s typically my favorite part of a hotel room

It was a pleasant stay nice and relaxing

Staff member was friendly but when we got to our the room, opened the door, 2 big roaches were just strolling across the room. Staff gave us a different room but after seeing that I was unsettled the rest of the evening Hotel used way to strong of floor cleaner, like trying to mask a smell but only made it worse

Only the location

It was unclean, had a really bad smell, the sheets were dirty and we had to change rooms.

The guy working at night was unprofessional and refused to speak. One of our beds had blood stains on the comforter. If you stay here check the beds first. The woman was nice though when we checked out the next morning.
