"入住足足等了三个小时零十几分钟，等的我们身心俱疲，我们俩个人都是70多岁的老人了，从魁北克开了四个多小时的车，到达酒店，满以为可以早点入住休息休息！结果居然如此！！！此次从魁北克到多伦多，一共订了八家酒店，其他六家酒店都是到店即给我们办理入"

礼宾服务不错👍代客泊车很好👍清洁阿姨服务很细致周到！餐厅不错，餐食很棒，服务也很好👍位置极佳，就在圣母院东边两三百米！

办理前台入住需要改进！我们12点45左右到达酒店办理入住，前台服务员说房间没有准备好，要我们留电话，房间准备好了通知我们。我们足足等了三个多小时，直到16点也没通知我们入住！！！我们找到前台服务员问她们，才跟我们说房间准备好了！可以办理入住手续了！

"Fantastic stay in the Montreal’s Old Town."

The hotel is well located in Old Town and has a beautiful decor with old brick walls and wood floors. Every one who works there is very helpful and offers great service and the food in each restaurant is excellent. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

Es ist ein äußerst geschmackvolles Hotel, Zimmer und Betten! Das Essen im Restaurant absolut fulminant mit einer tollen Dachterrasse! Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Einen einzigen Vorschlag zur Verbesserung wäre eventuell andere Musik im Restaurant, ganz sicher aber leiser ..😏. Wir haben trotzdem alles genossen!

Lovely space, great staff, three excellent restaurants. There is some construction in the area that is easy to navigate around. Lots of nice shops and restaurants close by.
