Only complaint was pool was extremely cold and hot tub wasn’t working. Kids enjoyed everything but the pool was too cold for them.

Pool unsafe, not clean at all. And that was the only reason I choose this hotel. Room was great but couldn’t swim in the nasty pool. I was shocked!
Just a over night stay on the way to our destination. But nice and i would have stayed there longer.

Initially given Room 104. On arrival evening check in person, said she couldnt look at why this room stunk like a dead squirrel! As it was not safe for her to go into allocated rooms! Room smelt so bad and mouldy! Insisted on a room change as felt this was a health risk to us. Check in person unable to give any local information as to what local eating facilities were open. Next allocated room ok. Breakfast was disappointing! Staff need more education and training in hospitality
Our room has cockroaches and the bathroom has molds. We booked for two nights but only stayed the one night. The laundry isn’t working and the jacuzzi is out of order… When we talked to the front desk, the person literary just said “OK” and that was it..
