The Ambassador Hotel of Waikiki, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

My stay was overwhelming. The room was fabulous. The staff words can't explain how awesome they took care of us. The front desk clerk Will was outstanding. He explained everything in detail. Told us about the restaurant and what food we should try. Even came to the restaurant to see if everything was going well. Told us if places of interest. He is the sweetest front desk clerk I ever met. He treated every guest in the same manner. I dont think I could stay at any other hotel when visiting Hawaii. All your staff deserves a big raise.

The hotel was fine. Only one complaint: one day the room was not made up at all and the next day it was being made up late, around 5 pm as we were returning from our day out. Front desk agents Will and Anna Marie were both terrific and followed up on our requests. The location is good but not particularly close to Waikiki if that's what you want.

A szállás kiváló helyen, közel volt a tengerpart. Ide érkeztünk első szálláshelyként. Csodálatos érzés volt a reggeli ébredésünk utáni az első 5 perces séta Waikiki Beachre. A reggeli a szomszédos étteremben volt. Bemondtuk, hogy a szálloda lakói vagyunk és kaptunk menülapot, de ezen kívül is kérhettünk bármit extrafizetés ellenében. Parkolás is kiváló volt. A környéken viszont könnyen találtunk megfelelő étkezési lehetőséget, így ettől nem kell aggódnia senkinek! A szobák szépek és kényelmesek voltak.

Talán csak a kilátás hiányzott, de nem is erre foglaltunk, mivel későn érkeztünk este. Viszont központ helyen van, egy parkon át lejuthatunk a partra. Összességében 9,5-re értékelem.

Way too noisy. Everything closed up and it sounded like we had all windows and door open. Need double glass.

The valet team works hard. And volunteered recommendations.

House keeping was lax. The extra mile just seemed to be elusive. Phone calls and messages take to long be answered and/or returned. The pool and lack of service is very mmmeeehhh.

The modern restrooms on the first floor by the elevators was an excellent experience. The games by the pool, free sunscreen, and the strawberry water with kiwis. The fitness room The breakfast included was a treat! It was so much fun
