"Great staff, amenities, and comfort."

All the staff were great. The young man at the Starbucks counter was very sweet and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel met all of our needs from the free parking to the comfortable mattresses, the big tv and the walk-in shower. I loved all the breakfast options too. The location was perfect for our visit to Sesame Place as it is about 1/2 a mile to the park. I definitely recommend this hotel.

No staff at front desk...took half hour to be seen. Also couldn't check out at the desk....again no one around. So it took 2 weeks before I got back my security deposit. We'll never go back. Jo
