The rooms seemed “clean” until further inspection. The provided toiletries looked used, the bed had black spots on the mattress, and as soon as we checked in, one of the other residents claimed she was robbed.

I don’t like being negative or giving bad reviews, but we were so shocked after arriving at the property. The photos online of the property and it being “so called” renovated were just not true. The property is very misrepresented online. Parts of the property appears to be under demolition. Part of the parking lot is a pile of junk and furniture piled up that needs to be removed. The entire property appears to be falling apart, and I am surprised that it is allowed to stay open and operate. Our room had a concrete floor that was painted gray. No headboards, just mattresses on frames. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The door in the bathroom would not lock because the knob was bent in. No furniture to sit on except the beds. We had a very uncomfortable feeling and it was daytime. We knew there was no way we could sleep or feel safe after dark. We checked in at 4:11 and immediately started searching and found another hotel. We were back at the office before 5:00 to check out. The lady in the office was very nice. She called the owner and they had her go check the room. When she returned she said she could only refund half of my money because there was nothing wrong with the room and it had just been renovated less than two weeks before. 😳!! Well I’m not a confrontational person and we didn’t cancel 24 hours before so I took my half refund and deposit and left. I just want others to be aware so they don’t fall for the pics and stuff online.

My neighbor had a baby that cried from 11pm -4am both nights. The neighbor was loud and belligerent. So no sleep but a place to shower and change
