Staff were very friendly :)

Everything was good about the hotel except I had a 100lb cooler and the elevator was broke and we had to haul it up 2 flights of stairs. It's not necessarily the hotel's fault and things happen but it was a fairly large inconvenience.

Weekend family trip but the pool area was over crowded and the chlorine smell was so strong it burned your eyes and triggered an asthma flare up.

My kids loved the pool, our room was comfortable, and the location is perfect.

The key cards and readers on the room doors are terrible. It was a struggle to get our room door, the pool door, and the gym door open without multiple tries.

Excellent three night stay! I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff member. The building including my room was clean and inviting. The room was nicely furnished and my bed was perfect! The lady handling breakfast was friendly and helpful! Thanks for the great stay! I will always stay here when in Aberdeen! Travel safe…

This hotel needs to invest in a remodel! The rooms stink with oldmess, sweat, animals and damp! TVs are old and the beds are old. The air conditioning and heaters are old and smelly. Will try the Hampton next door, next time. One plus this hotel has, is a restaurant. Most holiday inn and express don’t have that

The staff were extremely helpful and always couteous. It is located in a great location.
