Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aberdeen by IHG

Location was very handy for us, right next door to our room. The gentleman who tended the room was very prompt and professional.

I was disappointed I could not close the drapes. I didn't feel I had privacy to change clothes in the room. The light from the building across the sidewalk outside kept me awake. The guests above us sounded like they were running a marathon or something for several hours ...

We stayed in the King size jet tub suite with our 2 children and had so much fun! The room was clean and updated. I would say the only thing it needs a larger TV for the room.

Check in was quick & professional! Room was great breakfast was good hot & lots of choices. There was kids running above my room but young man working addressed this & it stopped. Will stay again!!

Was expensive for the stay. Room was so-so, alot of dirty walls. The pool was a mosh pit. The manager did come in and sort things out. Almost all the lights were out in the pool area. Doors were open random people would come in and think it was a party zone. Paper thin walls. Rooms are now dated compared to other hotels in the area! Water slide is a lot of fun but rust is setting in everywhere, paint chips stick to your feet. The staff on day time was new, but helpful! Nighttime lady was great helping us get a new towel and toothbrush. The manger on duty both days was A+

The lady who checked us in was very nice and gave my son a cookie. The shower was great - nice water pressure and liked the larger shower head. Liked the attached restaurant-very convenient.

The jets in the hot tub were non-existent. You couldn't even tell when they were on. Someone cleaning knocked on the door around 9 to see if we were still there which wasn't a huge deal but should be a better way to tell what rooms are empty - maybe talk to front desk about who has checked out.

Staff was great and informational, property needs to be updated or cleaned properly.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff! Staff was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable to be there. Breakfast in the morning was also very lovely!

I have stayed here once a year for two years and both times the one hot tub is always out of order, which sucks alot when they have a full hotel and your trying to cram a bunch of people into just one spa pool. would be wonderful if they could get it fixed.
