Noisy tenants on the wooden ceiling

The staff was exceptionally friendly. They were also very helpful. The owner was very pleasant and interacted with clients. They serve a pork spareribs that I found to be extremely good. Also, samosas I had was the best I have had in a very long time and I'm from Cape Town.

Even though the rooms are clean they can do with a face-lift and possibly a little bar fridge and small television. This would definitely make ones stay a bit more pleasant. However for the price one is paying and it being a Backpackers lodge it was definitely worth the money. The staff and community makes up for the small shortfalls. We'll done guy's ✔️

Mosquitoes

The mattress on the beds are very poor.... The fridge door was broken

The view of the mountains and that it was truly pet friendly. The bed was comfortable. The staff were fairly friendly but not exceptionally welcoming

The unit was very dirty with dust and spider webs on the wall and in the bathroom , the bathrooms ceiling needs a good clean. Also the towels looked they couldve been used before and not to mention the towels were also falling apart with holes and rips in them. The upstairs unit is not at all soundproof, you can hear every step every movement from the upstairs unit.

The staff was very friendly & accommodating as we got there very late in the evening.

The light in the bathroom was very bad. The place was very stuffy, there were cockroaches running around in the place. If you are looking for cheap accomodation then this is the place but if you are looking for a 5star place to stay then book somewhere else. Our car was safe outside & the staff was very friendly.
