"It was a good stay just limit where smoking smoking should be"

Love where it’s located love the set up

Water pressure was low there is no screen for the balcony it should be designated spots for smoke we were around smoking sitting on our balcony around smoking at the pool it was just overwhelming….

The hotel seemed very upscale, and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked much bigger and nicer than most hotel pools I've seen.

I was only there one night and didn't find anything that I didn't like.

"Highly unorganized and untrained staff with hardly any intent for good customer service."

Location

Water went off 2nd time without notice during shower. No coordination with guests before doing maintenance or repairs. They provided 4 mineral water bottles to complete shower. Then said they will compensate and did not do so after checkout. Very poor service. Rely on your luck for a good stay.
