Pioneer Inn by the River

The photos didn't match the rooms. More maintenance needs to be done overall.

Very clean, just outdated buildings.

Sofa bed need to be changed it’s too old and when you enter the room it’s not a good smell n

Older hotel, price high for what you get. Compliments breakfast was nice. Rooms are old and run down. Lots of guest fishing with own boats and park in the stalls right in front of rooms which made it inconvenient. Boats could be parked elsewhere rather than in front of rooms.

I liked that we were able to check in early.

The description of the hotel leaves something to be desired. We were under the impression that we were getting a queen bed, it was definitely not a queen. The bed was also very stiff. The garbage in the bathroom had used cuetips in it. There were curly hairs rolled up in the bath tub mat.

Very powerful cleaner used resulted in difficult breathing

Staff stayed up to accommodate travellers. The beds were good. Five of us were able to work out adequate sleeping arrangements.

Breakfast items and area were disappointing.

The manager stayed up very late to accomodate us getting off the ferry. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly

What breakfast? Bed was comfortable and motel close to the ferry terminal!

Teaching cleaning staff good ways to get things in order like around the toilet smelling like pee and the floor was sticky! Lastly A.C. would have been great but appreciated the fan! Thanks
