Stort familjehotell med fina poolområden och vattenrutschkanor. Perfekt för barnfamiljen.

Väldigt många ryssar som bodde på detta hotellet. Kaos på frukosten efter kl 08:30 på morgonen. Dock väldigt god frukost, men oerhört mycket folk!

"Great family friendly hotel."

Family rooms were very spacious, the pool was amazing, restaurants were really nice and the breakfast offered a good spread. The location was really good, close to Kata beach and a lot of restaurants and markets. The kids club was really good. The staff really set this place apart. They all made such an effort to make our stay great and were unbelievably friendly and helpful with our kids. I would definitely stay again.

Only issue was other guests claiming sunbeds at the crack of dawn and not actually using them, making it a bit tricky at times to get a sunbed. Not the hotels fault, but really annoying.

"The worst experience on our holiday!"

Location

Too much people, drinking and screaming until 1-2 in the morning, and already at 6 o’clock kids are screaming on the pool. For 5 days we didn’t see anybody that comes to calm down those people. So you can sleep normally only 3, max 4 hours. Breakfast is a nightmare. The hotel is like open playground, not normal family place to stay. Never again!

I loved the amenities! The staff was fantastic to our whole family! My son loved the kids world and Miss Cindy she was awesome my son looked forward to his time with her!
