Location was great

The property is in serious need of maintenance. The exposed aggregate around the pool is very worn and rough, and the kids were constantly cutting their feet on it. The tiles are also extremely slippery when wet and posed a real safety hazard. We watched multiple people slip and get hurt. Despite keeping the kids on high alert, one eventually slipped and ended up in the emergency department. Although the staff were attentive and accommodating, an accident like this felt inevitable, especially with a group of 11 of us using the facilities. The slide landing area is also far too shallow and unsafe, one child’s leg bent backwards on landing, which could have resulted in a serious injury. Overall, the facilities are not safe, particularly for children, and need urgent attention.

Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern, zwar etwas „benutzt“ aber ansonsten recht gut. Wir hatten Zimmer 3703 - super Ausblick. Die Putzdame war auch immer sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, der Pool groß & das Personal fast immer sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist echt gut, da man in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Kata Beach ist. Ebenfalls sind außenrum viele gute Restaurants (Lobster & Prawn war sehr gut!).

Das Bett war steinhart, ich hatte dann 2x nach einem Topper gefragt, da ich leider nicht schlafen konnte - es wurde sich aber sofort darum gekümmert! Leider hatten wir bei unserer Zimmertür einen etwas größeren Spalt unten, daher war der Gang leider sehr hellhörig. Ebenfalls waren trotz 7. Stock immer wieder kleine Ameisen im Zimmer. Leider war das verhalten von bestimmten Personen beim Frühstücksbuffet absolut nervig & ekelhaft. Anstatt die Zange zu verwenden wird einfach mit Fingern in die Behälter gegriffen usw., das sollte man meiner Meinung nach unterbinden als Hotel. Ebenfalls empfanden wir es als etwas unangenehm, dass fast nur eine Nation vertreten war als Hotelgäste und auch sehr viel auf diese ausgelegt war (Durchsagen, Schilder in deren Sprache, usw.).

The kids loved the pool and slides. Nice bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. Food was good and plenty of drinks. Pool bar was also good.

The tiles around the pool were so slippery. The hotel had put various matting around the pool but people still managed to fall. The edging of the pool was also made of a really rough surface so hurt a lot if not using the ladders to get out the pool. Sometimes ordering food/drinks took some time to come.

Usine à touriste Hôtel très loin d’un 4 étoile Ménage quotidien non respecté Ménage en général pas fait dans l’hôtel, au bord de la piscine. Petit déjeuner vraiment médiocre Kids club inexistant aucune activité proposé même pas de pot de crayons. Si vous arrivez après 8h aucun transat disponible.

אהבנו מאד את הצוות שנענה לכל בקשה שרק רצינו. המיקום מצויין קרוב לכל הרחוב הראשי (יש מכבסה ממש צמוד )הבריכה מעולהה👌 ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת תמיד מצאנו מה לאכול.

It is a more bigger Resort in Kata area of Phuket, we were there in a high season. Location was good, the main street and the beach are walkable, you find around all what you need. The size of the room are OK, but you will hear the guest outside ( we were at the ground floor). Highlight is the pool with the sliders, there are no other highlights. So, it is a family resort, you may not book Pamookkoo, if you have no kids or you and your kids do not like swimming in a pool. Breakfast was OK (not special), the service employee done there best in the most crowded season.

This is not negative, but nearly 80% of the guests are from Russia, but again, we were here at the high-winter-season. A mixture of guests would be better. It would be greater, if the employee of the front would speak better English (or is it for them better to speak Russian?), because they are the "face of the Hotel" and provide the information to the guest. We do not had a bad experience, the cleaning service team done also a good job. You in general cannot expect a 100% western standard level in a 4 star Hotel in Asia...... What to improve: - provide more than one card key - strongly inform guests that it should only take food and should not left over (know, that this is not easy) - email/messenger communication could be improved(not get answers), but it was a busy season - if I would be the management, I would change the Hotel front, I did not see a rest room and some of the sitting furnitures are not comfortable. - the beds are very hard (ok for me, but maybe a problem for others), not sure, but it is assumed, that they will be not changed) In general, we had no bad experience at the Resort.
