Hotel Valencia Riverwalk

We stayed a week and from the moment you pull up valet greets you and takes care of you from opening your door to taking. Everything to you room! The front desk and staff are so amazing. Emerson is a gem and she is so nice. Victor is a veteran and he was so amazing as well. I highly recommend them and this amazing hotel. If you never experienced customer service and hospitality like you should…try Hotel Valencia out and ask for Emerson and you’ll see Victor over seeing it all. Loved this hotel’s Spanish / Argentinian style that created a great atmosphere for a River Walk stay. With direct access to the River Walk but on a quieter section, it’s easy to take a walk on the River without dealing with noise and crowds, although those are just around the corner with tons of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The room was spacious and clean with nice appointments. Hotel bar and restaurant were excellent. I would definitely return here and recommend

I liked that it’s right on the riverwalk.

Since our stay was in the middle of Fiesta events, it was difficult getting to hotel because of street closures. We were not able to check in until after midnight.

While the hotel was nice, it wasn't "luxury boutique" as it was portrayed. Room was extremely loud due to street noise and we were on 7th floor. Lighted mirror didn't work. Went to 3 floors for ice and all ice machines were out of service. Staff was nice. The "Required Destination Fee" is a joke. It's another cost with a so called "credit" given daily but so many rules on when and where you can use it and they expire within so many hours. Asked twice to be sure we would use it correctly and got mixed messages and still charged on the way out the door. Had to speak with manager. The whole experience left such a bad taste. The Valencia is no better than the Holiday Inn Express.

This hotel was great! When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready so the front desk comped us some drinks at the bar while we waited. We ordered some appetizers and enjoyed the nice bar area. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we all slept so well. We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel and visited the patio area. The hotel was so cute and everyone was so nice. The location was great! It was quiet but just around the corner from the main riverwalk.

Wonderful location Smelled delightful

The double bed was a bit uncomfortable for two people. There were no washcloths in the room. Parking was expensive.

The staff was very friendly and very welcoming
