Barceló Huatulco - All Inclusive

Los restaurantes de especialidades estaban muy bien y muy deliciosa la comida, aparte de muy buena la atención de los meseros, me encanto!

El servicio del buffet no me encanto porque se terminaba muy rápido la comida y solo dejaban a una persona atendiendo para todos, se tardaban mucho en poner más comida.

We had great time, service 10!! bar and entertainment 10!!! food needs more variety but good taste! Hernan at the bar was amazing, marco and juventina at the dona rosa buffet too great bed and balcony, mini bar needs more attention but still very good.

Only has 2 good servers the whole stay. Refilling or taking drink orders was terrible close to a 10 min wait. A/C was mid. Food was terrible no salt or flavor. Genuinely would not stay here again even for free.

The location was nice. It was very dry in April as it was the ending of their season. The hotel itself was nice. The pool was great and the Ocean was right there. Nice water sports, sailboat and paddle boards that were included. However we did not know it was included , we saw the other people at the beach who were going. The rooms were nice, had a balcony that was facing the ocean. Stayed in a double room with two beds. The balcony was nice. Was only a stand up shower, no bathtub. The Cleanliness was great , they restocked out mini fridge every day which was nice, with pop and beer and some chips and peanuts. The noise level was pretty good. The theatre they have was quite loud and in the theatre most likely needed the volume turned down on their speaker system. Now we get to service, the restaurant staff were nice and friendly. The chef even was great. Got my daughter a whole bowl of maricino cherries! The bar staff is where it lacked big time. I felt that they catered toward males who tipped all the time. I am a single mom on a trip with my daughter. I am causasian. They ignored me at the lobby bar multiple times as , people came up to order drinks after me. I had to call them out and say hey can i please get my drink i ordered before. The one older man was very rude every time and rolled his eyes or huffed every time i ordered a drink. The pool bar was no better, The staff there were also quite rude. The resort i feel catered more toward Mexican people as they were there from different areas and visiting for a few days. I was there for a week and did not get good treatment and i feel they were annoyed every time. I tried to enjoy my time but for someone on vacation from Canada, i feel they did not welcome me and will not be visiting this place again. I would go more to a more populated area , more touristy as i think they like the tourists better there.

My favourite in Huatulco love the people here and smaller resort with good food. Always a fun time with entertainment if we wanted.

La atención del restaurante que está pegado a la playa algunos meseros no era el mejor trato Faltaron actividades durante el día además del acuazumba

I have seen people going down to the pool and placing their towel on a lounger. We usually got down there around 9 am and there were no empty loungers to be found. And more often than not, some of those towels never moved for the entire day. The people cam by and took them at the end of the day. Basically depriving others from using the lounger. That was the worst of it. But they are definately geared up for Mexicans. We did not go to any shows or participate in any activities because it was all in Spanish. So been there, done it, not going back.

Overall a very relaxed vacation with family. From the time we arrived until the time we left, the service from all staff was wonderful. Although my wife is a picky eater, we were always able to find her a good meal whether it was the Italian restaurant or the buffet. Adult pool bar staff made consistently good drinks
