"Be aware of paid Parking"

Good Hotel. Clean and nice location. 4 stars because of parking issue. Make sure to choose the parking package or If you book thru the 3rd party make sure you check the parking as its not included ($35/day) . Also the Hotel only offers Valet parking so you will have to message the valet every time you need the car.

"Good"

Bellman watched my daughter and I struggle with our bags and didn’t bother to open the door for us. The check in agent was cold and aloof. Not one bit personable at all. Bed comfort was just ok and pillows were not goose down. Hairs in the bathroom and used soap bar in the bathroom dish. Water pressure was good but no bathroom fan so everything was steamy making it difficult to get ready and out quickly.

"Great place to stay while visiting OSU!"

The hotel was clean, the staff was very polite and helpful. It was a bonus having a courtesy car available to take us to a nearby restaurant. Very close to campus. Great place to stay for the tour. Upon checkout, there was a slight discrepancy with the bill (someone else’s food tab was billed to us) and they took care of it right away.

"Comfy, Close, and Great for Location"

Came to Columbus for a concert at the Schottenstein Center. Hotel was in great location (14 minute walk to venue), Valet ($35) was cheaper than the overnight parking garage right next to hotel ($38.50). Clean room, comfy pillows, but walls were a little paper thin and could hear some people in the room next to ours. Overall worth the money, and the staff were very friendly, efficient, and timely with all their responses.

"Hotel wonderful food not so wonderful"

Beautiful hotel! Clean environment! Restaurant food at 2110 was not good. Wish they had more fresh food! Maybe an omelet bar or waffle bar.
