"Perfect Stay to Celebrate my Daughter's Birthday On Campus"

I was never able to check in once I arrived to the property due to them saying because I didn’t pay in full when I booked thru your site my reservation couldn’t be completed. They also charged me for incidentals that’s still not back in my account. It was a terrible experience

"Watch your credit card statements"

After one week, I still have a $50 security hold on my credit card from a pending charge of $249.42 and a posted charge of $199.42. My credit card company said that the pending should have cleared after the actual charge posted but it still remains and cannot be removed except by the merchant. I checked out a week ago and find this very odd.
