The property is in excellent condition with an attentive and friendly staff. The location is very convenient to the stadium and the Schottenstein Center.

Rooms were clean & nicely decorated. Parking was expensive for a night, which we had no idea being our first time staying there & As much as you pay for a night. To order room service was outrageous for a hotdog even so we didn’t eat til next day when leaving.

Great service, location and staff. It is an amazing opportunity to stay very close to dorms and Fisher College. We’d definitely stay here again.

This was my third stay. The lobby and rooms are lovely - modern, clean. My room was pristine clean. This is the first time I discovered the fitness center, tucked away at the far end of the second floor, and was very impressed. On a previous visit last year, I made the mistake of going to the breakfast buffet - food was not edible, truly awful - but avoiding the buffet definitely increased my overall satisfaction with my stay. I’m also not a fan of the parking choices - expensive whether you valet park or park it yourself, and personally, I’m not a fan of having to call ahead to valet for my car - so getting to park at my student’s building during move-in weekend before towing had started also made thjs a more pleasant stay overall. Hotel itself is lovely - clean and modern.
