The kitchen staff were very friendly and went the extra mile.

False advertising on the webisite. Our stay was also unfortunately affected by several maintenance and service issues. One evening, while attempting to open the room door from the inside, the door handle detached completely. Maintenance was called to repair it. The maintenance staff member who attended appeared to smell of alcohol and advised us not to use the additional security latch rather than addressing the underlying concern. Later, a blocked drain in another family member's room resulted in a cigarette butt coming up through the shower drain while a child was being bathed. When the issue was reported, it was implied that the occupants may have been responsible, despite them being non-smokers. This interaction was handled poorly and caused unnecessary frustration. The room change offered as a solution led to further inconvenience, as the replacement room also had issues, requiring a second room move. No hot water available in the third room that was moved to. While some staff members were friendly, the number of maintenance problems, the condition of the rooms, and the handling of guest concerns fell below expectations and negatively impacted our stay. The tennis courts and putt putt facilities were unusable and the place was specifically chosen for the facilities for the kids to use.

We were greeted by friendly personnel and I picked the wrong room without a hairdryer and shaver. Overall, the reason for the accommodation was to attend a special birthday party of my sister-in-law, as other B&Bs were too expensive with limited rooms. We also did not make use of the pool as the engagement was in the afternoon at another restaurant and we had to leave early on Sunday morning. We will try to use it on the next occasion when visiting again.

As confirmed, the room's view was not what I expected. I requested for 2 rooms with breakfast included, but unfortunately, it was not included, which was a bit disappointing, and we had to have breakfast somewhere else in town. Booking.com should confirm the hotel accommodation to request if breakfast must be included or not.

Where do i start Staff can atleast get a uniform that makes more respectful. Room doors dont open and close properly. Bathroom is old and not in a good condition.Shower in bath and cracks all over.Shower curtain is old. Bedding is old and not in good standard. Tv channels not up to date as no child friendly channels. Aircon makes noises. No iron as stipulated in booking available. Also when asked to play putt putt was told sticks are broken. Really false advertising this

The view of the pool area

When we stepped into the room, the smell really put us off...l I think you need to change your cleaning products. There are no holders in the shower for the soap so uncomfortable. After the shower, the whole floor is wet from the water due to No shower door. The ground passage floor is so uneven. We had to buy detergents to clean the toilet and by the door side just to get a bit of the smell away.
