We would like a full refund that was deducted for this stay as we where inconvenience the room was not cleaned blood in toilet with no clean bedding and towels

It's was extremely unprofessional as this was not the first time we sent guest to stay at the hotel but was the first unhygienic encounter sies I would be disgusted to let guest see 👀 what they saw
