The staff accommodated the various request effectively. The pool area was well maintained and even had welcome drinks this time. The request to move rooms was accommodated due to a faulty air conditioner.

The overall maintenance of the building is missing. The dinning area is very minimalistic with limitations on cutting knives and drinking glasses.

All the staff is very friendly

The hotel is in need of a revamp. Several guests struggled to unlock the doors. The bathrooms require retiling. Fresh towels and linen are needed. The cushions and duvets should be replaced.
