"Very outdated rooms"

Location was central. Close enough to the shops The staff really tried their best, but the hotel is just not in a good condition. Aircon in the room was effective, but noisy.

-Upon checking in, my room was not ready. -We were then put into the next room, but then the bathroom light was not working. -No fridge, so we could not enjoy cold beverages in 30+ degrees heat. -The rooms are VERY dated. -The people begging I'm the car park - Not a child friendly location, no kiddies pool and the main pool is too deep for toddlers

The rooms are very old and dirty, noise in the passage, elevator was making scary noise, staff not friendly

"Not pleasant at all."

The sliding door to outside was broken so it could not be locked at night. We only had one pillow each. Sugar in the tea and coffee canister was opened. Old milk in the fridge. Overall the place is quite run down.

"We were very much happy and we are definitely coming back again"

We didn't include breakfast in our stay 6 were okay because we were sorted. But we loved the pool, friendly staff and the room was perfect. When we requested a different room it wasn't a problem because our little one is afraid of heights and the elevator.

Shower needs maintenance and the wifi is very weak. We watched TV at our stay here but they need a variety of channels like Netflix and cartoons for the kids. The facility needs floatsies especially for the kids when using swimming pool.
