staff was friendly and warm. Pool is great. Hosted alot of social media influencers, content creators and known artists. Overall aura and mood is beautiful.

There is alot of maintenance work to be done. Damaged pool furniture, the activity area is not safety. No golf sticks. No Beach towls on offer. a Smart TV would be great and wifi is also buffering.

The location.

The building is not well maintained, the staff at reception was on a call and we had to wait for her to finish. Then there was a confusion with our booking, and then they only cleaned rooms for us when we wanted to check-in. The showers are not properly cleaned, with soap scum all over them, the bedding doesn’t seem too clean, doesn’t look like I can be replaced. There isn’t an enclosed parking area. The doors at the entrance seem broken and very dirty.

The location is good, staff very friendly.

The location

The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived in the evening. Everything was a bit dirty and we didn’t have towels or bath mats or a dustbin. Couldn’t even close our door properly until a handy man helped us.

The lady at the reception was friendly

The lift is old, the room door is still using the old locking system, TV plays only 5 channels and mostly is soccer and 1 sabc channel. It's noisy when people are moving up and down passing the front of your room. The bathtub and shower are worn out...
