USI like the location ,neighborhood, peaceful environment, safe and secure. Because ,the place was so comfortable I had to stay for two weeks. Georgia Palms & Gardens is a home away from home. P

USElectronic entry on arrival to house. Friendly staff.
Door lock didn’t lock when leaving the room. Dust accumulated on fixtures in bathroom. Iighting, towel racks, TP dispenser. Some sort of beetle bugs around the room. Light filters in under and around the entry door which doesn’t close properly.
Peaceful, cozy stay in a lovely home. Breakfast was served hot by 9am each day, coffee and tea available all day. Plentiful parking, feels secure (smart locks on all doors and ID badge entry required for staff). Well-lit in the evenings. Staff were friendly, professional, and accomodating. My go-to location when I need to be on this side of town.
USThe room was spacious and welcoming, warm. The proprietor was extremely friendly, engaging and sincere. Wasn’t rushed to other tasks. Very personal and affable.
Bathroom door handle almost completely off. Hot water was not available or forever in getting there. Some of the returns were in need of repair. A small fridge would’ve been nice & a coffee-maker!
