Great hotel specially for families

Very good area with lots of nearby restaurants. There is a Carrefours right down the street

We were created promptly and with friendliness when we checked in. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and great amenities. The area is slightly outside of Paris itself, but so close that taxis and Ubers were still very inexpensive to get to the hub of Paris. Many restaurants are in walking distance for breakfast and dinners. And although we didn’t go to the restaurant in the hotel, it looked amazing. Great stay, highly recommend.

Great hotel, Spacious rooms and very friendly staff. They have water coolers available as well. They accommodated late checkout for me as well. Highly recommend. Great location as well. Very close to port de versaii metro station. To eiffle tower, its just 9 euros through bolt cab.

The internet connection could have been better during my stay.

Nice sized room, floor to ceiling windows, well laid out and modern, very accessible to transportation and restaurants, great value for Paris

Séjour très agréable

Chambre réceptionnée à 19h, nous sommes arrivés à 16h. Il a fallu aller à maintes reprises à l’accueil pour demander quand aurions nous notre chambre. Aucune information..ensuite problème au niveau du petit déjeuner réservation pour 3 personnes avec preuve à l’appui mais vous vous n’aviez que 2 personnes de réservées. Ensuite, nous commandons au restaurant de l’hôtel, nous demandons une table ronde arrivés sur place table rectangulaire, nous commandons des salades César et pâtes on nous répond : désolé nous n’avons plus de poulet!!!! 😳nous sommes partis ailleurs!!! Ça fait beaucoup pour un séjour de 2 nuits. Nous payons pour avoir un service de qualité surtout pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles !!!!!!! Honteux, lamentable. Au moment de partir, nous avons demandé à l’accueil un geste commercial : attendez, je vais demander à ma supérieure : rien, aucune excuse. Vous ne méritez pas vos 4 étoiles. Ce qui est certain, c’est que nous n’y reviendrons plus. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus.
