Superbe we dans cet hôtel. Il est bien placé à proximité du métro. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et varié.

The staff at the front desk, restaurant and bar were very good. The hotel is very nice but quite expensive. We were there for 5 nights and the replenishment of supplies in our room was lacking (toilet paper, coffee supplies). On the whole it was a very nice place to stay.

Everything was great. The hotel was clean and all the people were so friendly They made us feel so welcomed It’s a little out of the way but for the price it’s so worth it. I’ve stay at hotels closer to the Louvre for the same price and they were not nice. So we simply took the metro. It was so close to the hotel and easy.

Spent two nights in the Junior Suite, and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent. I don’t think I have any concerns.

Booked a 3 night stay. Proximity to the tourist attractions is about 15-20min Uber ride. It’s a decent area. Checked in - first roomed offered smelled like mold in the bathroom. Came back to reception to have our room changed . Second room offered smelled even worse. It also had clothes on the bed from the previous guest. Had to come back downstairs to reception to complain. We were eventually moved into another room ( supposedly an upgrade for the inconvenience- room was nothing special ). For 2 of the 3 nights of our stay, the upgraded room had no heat. It was so cold and uncomfortable that we had to sit in the lobby on one of the nights to warm up. Repeatedly complained to reception about the heating issues. Response: we will send a technician to look into it but no one came. The TV in the room was also not working. Finally on the last night of our stay, they sent someone to install a portal heater in the room. Our stay was horrible. Always sworn by Marriot as my only hotel choice but this time I was so disappointed. Manager on duty offered 5,000 bonvoy points as compensation for the 2 night. The value of these point is $45 ( so insulting ). I declined it. I paid over $300 per night for my stay.

Très décevant. Bel hôtel, réception très professionnelle mais le house keeping est un désastre. Chambre non refaite, 45 minutes d attente pour des serviettes de douche, résultat, raté mon rendez vous d affaire. Encore une fois, la réception est au top

Parfait propre bon petit déjeuner service tout à fait correct. Très très bonne emplacement par rapport à la porte de Versailles
