Quiet residential neighborhood near waterfront/Golden Gate Bridge, good bus connection to tourist areas. Surprisingly quiet at night. Room has everything except kettle, everything worked well. Room looks out-dated, but clean and comfortable.

Room is old & looks quite out-dated. Would be nice to have a kettle.

This is a really cute place located in walking distance to the palace of fine arts. Note that the parking is very limited and you might have to park on the street, but there seem to be plenty around. Be sure to check out the money plant growing on the ceiling in the lobby.

Affordable, overall clean with good location, great value. Presidio park was close to the location.

The noise insulation between the rooms were quiet light, so you could clearly hear what happens in the neighbouring rooms.

My room was outdated and could use fresh coat of paint and perhaps a gentle do-over (scratch marks on walls don’t do for good sleep!)

Great location within walking distance of Presidio. Friendly Staff. Easy check in. Rooms were clean but had a little bit of wear and tear in the bathroom. Parking is a bit tricky, just make sure your reverse driving skills are good! Pretty spacious room. No coffee maker, but decent sized mini fridge. I would stay here again!

The location is great, and people who work there cleaning and doing maintenance are very pleasant. However, the place in general seems outdated and the room is not cleaned in detail. We could see stains on the doors and walls and a bit of mold is starting to grow in the bathroom; though, there are no bed bugs, and the mattresses are comfortable. I recommend reading in detail about the property amenities since there’s very limited parking; I counted only eight spots, and there is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.
