Hilton Garden Inn Grand Forks-Und

Room was very cold so we turned up thermostat a few degrees but no response for at least a couple of hours. Eventually, We got an extra blanket and just went to sleep, still freezing . During the night we both woke up and the room was then SO hot. Seems like it wasn’t working at all then it kicked in during the night. Bad night of sleep as a result.

The lobby seemed a little unkempt, but they were doing some remodeling it seemed like, so I will cut them some slack. The rooms and hallways were very clean.

We liked the spacious rooms and the friendly staff. The breakfast was also great.

the staff is so friendly, the property is very nice..even with them doing construction :) Lots of parking.

The room was large and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback was the halls echoed and we were right by the elevator so we heard people coming and going through the night.
