East access from the 29. Quiet area in a green space connected to the UND campus. Easy to get around the city from this location. Hotel was immaculate and friendly. Super clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio/garden area on a warm evening. They let us bring our own bottle of wine.

Great location for UND and location to where we were going everyday. Staff was wonderful and friendly, especially enjoyed the personality of our bartender and again at breakfast the next morning. Nice place and convenient location
