Hilton Garden Inn Grand Forks-Und

This Hilton is always top notch for quality, cleanliness, and service. I’m truly always impressed when I stay there!

Located right at UND it is a nice place to stay. We visit Grand Forks several times a year and this is our favorite place due to location and it is a nice hotel.

Nice to have a hot breakfast these days when most places give you an orange and a bagel.

Beautiful property!!!! Very well done and centrally located to UND and main parts to town!

My only thought was that the bathtub/shower was slanted and not very wide so that water would drain better - but it made it a little less stable feeling and that someone with some unsteadiness might find this to be unsafe.

Great stay! Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend this location in Grand forks. I will be back.

I had an excellent stay over all. The breakfast was a great perk if you book that with your room. Very nicely done. I was frustrated when working with two different front-desk staff who wore their masks below their noses. Also the cook my last day had no mask at all. I realize some people have medical issues with masks, but they should not be handling food without one in my opinion. Everything else was excellent, and all other staff were appropriately masked. Keep in mind, this is in North Dakota, which tends to shun the mask mandate, but Hilton posted all over that masks were required of guests, so I’d like that consistently applied to staff. Thank you.

Good job of following Covid precautions for the area.

Staff was unable to locate the room of a co-worker within the hotel, when I needed to contact via phone.
