Canadas Best Value Inn and Suites Fernie

Room was clean. Get what you would expect for a motel type set up. Price was reasonable, I would stay again.

Great location for downtown and river trail. Took awhile but finally discovered the Roku remote controlled the tv volume, not the tv remote that did everything else. Staff were friendly, breakfast was adequate. We requested a late check out, but our key cards didn’t work after 10:30 am. Good thing one of us was in the room to let the other back in.

Not much

Too close to a major highway, very noisy! Not clean, especially bathroom. Beds ok, but need updating. Poor lighting in whole suite. We have stayed in far nicer places for less money.

The room was fairly large. It held a lot of furnishings. The hotel is on a busy highway and is dated. There was a noisy family in the room above us, we could hear everything. The beds and linens were clean. We walked everywhere from the hotel. There is quick access to a walking trail along the Elk river that circles village of Fernie.

Did not like this motel at all…felt unsafe and the property was dirty and unkept
