Canadas Best Value Inn and Suites Fernie

Clean, quiet and good price point BUT, bed frame was squeaky and the AC so loud it sounded like a jet plane and the toilet was loose. It just may be my room but it needs a little attention.

Family visit and the rooms could use a little updates as things are worn but still was clean and comfortable

Great location. A stones throw from walking path on the Elk River. Can walk to anything you may need. Easy check in. Room was clean, quiet and perfect for me and my dog. We stayed in the building at the back. My only immediate concern was the grated steps up to the second floor but my lab flew up them once she realized they weren’t scary. If you have been to Fernie in the winter this is why they have the grated steps. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The exterior is deceiving; the rooms are actually pretty nice and clean. Simple breakfast was good. Would stay here again for the price compared to other hotels in town. Only downside was the lack of pillows.

Property was very clean and easily accessible. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again when in Fernie.

Reasonable size of room. A tub with a plug that worked. A moderate size for sink counter.

Nearby highway traffic was loud at times and there were vibrations, more often from heavy trucks.
