Fantastic stay in the heart of Heraklion! The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. Perfect location—walking distance to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The host was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Right in the center of the city. Many nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Bed was very comfortable. You could see a partial view of the sea from the bed (past the buildings). Tiny kitchen with plates, silverware, glasses, 1 small skillet. Nespresso coffee machine, 4 coffee pods, water, juice, and a couple beers in the refrigerator. Hot water in the shower. Decent storage, shared balcony, but it feels private because the other part is around a corner. Shower has hot water. Wifi is decent, but my video calls froze a few times. They used unscented laundry soap. Communication was very good with the rental company. A/C works great. Very modern, spotlessly clean place. Definitely would stay again.

Things to know - Hotel is in a pedestrian only zone, but taxis drop you very close. Make sure you screenshot the code to the building and how to get to your room, since it is on a slow loading external site from Booking. It didn’t load for me while I was standing outside at almost midnight. You must put the keys in the box by the room door to get power to the electrical plugs, but lights come on without doing that. The shower sprays water on the floor because there is no door. No elevator, winding stairs with handrail. Minor stuff - except for having the separate website on how to get into the building.

Loved the spacious apartment. communication with hosts was excellent. Beautifully clean. position for the centre of town was super.

Unfortunately it was very noisy especially at the weekend. We had to keep the windows closed.
