The Central Boutique Apartments

Great location, perfectly placed in the centre super close to everything 👌 Everything came with clear instructions on how to use stuff. Bed was very comfortable and had everything I needed in the kitchen area.

The light in the hallway kept turning off when I was trying to lock my room putting me in the dark. No smart tv, tv didn't really work which was a shame, would of been nice to pair my phone to the tv & watch some movies or something

Staff were available on the phone, very pleasant and helpful, with my special thanks to Katerina. Room size was good and had a great balcony. Sofa was also used as a bed which was very comfortable. Clean with all required facilities. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine. Best location, at the center where all is accessible on foot. Walking distance to the museum, port, and the main road for local buses, also to the main bus station and most touristic places.

There was a security alarm, fitted for extra security, but despite using the fob and later the manual instruction given by staff, it was not activated each time we tried. But the place was so safe that we had no concerns. A safety deposit box would have been good. I hope they install one when I go there next time :)

It was a wonderful apartment. The space was huge we loved it. It was in the center that was perfect for our needs. The check in was easy. It was wonderful.

We missed a washing machine to wash our clothso.

The location was perfect for only having 2 short/days and nights in Heraklion as we ended our 2 week vacation in Greece! The rooms for very clean, kitchen are was great, and steps away from what ever you wanted in the center city and close to many beaches, too. The owners were very helpful and communicative during our stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay there agin!!
