Заказали 2-комнатный номер с 2 спальнями по итогу на месте получили 1 кровать 1 матрас ,после выселения хозяевами были найдены личные вещи на просьбу вернуть назад владельцу имещуество не получил даже сообщения назад (((( будьте осторожны при выборе отеля

Неработающий кондиционер , статичный свет который даже ночью в номере не гас (

Vous ne pouvez pas être mieux placé!! L’appartement est grand, moderne et lumineux. Le balcon est aussi grand et a une vibe provençale. Lors de la réservation nous recevons un lien où tout est bien expliqué! Réponse très rapide sur booking aussi ! L’hôte m’a rendu un énorme service. Et petit plus : nous pouvons laisser nos bagages dans une armoire à code après le check out.

Nice comfortable apartment and the staff were quick to respond to any questions I had.

The only thing that might be a downside to some people is the fact that it’s right in the middle of everything and the noise goes on until late.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν στη καρδιά του Ηρακλείου ,με οτι σημαίνει αυτο , προσβασιμοτητα, ασφάλεια, αλλά κ αρκετη βαβουρα σε κάποιες ώρες που όμως δε διαπερνούσαν υπερβολικά στο διαμέρισμα.

Ίσως πιο σταθερό έπιπλο φύλαξης των ρούχων. Κ να κλείνει πιο μαλακά η κεντρικη πόρτα. Πρέπει να τη συνοδευεις για να μη κλείνει δυνατα , σεβομενος τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες.

Location was perfect and the apartment was stocked with anything you need. The host was very kind and helpful.

Outdated bed (very creaky) and the room looked bigger and nicer in the pictures. There was also a weird unsanitary smell during our stay at certain times, and some of the plates were not cleaned properly..
