Ήταν ολα υπέροχα. Μείναμε 1 μήνα, 2 ενήλικες κ ενα παιδι 4 ετων για τις χρισρουγεννιατικες διακοπές μας. Ηταν πεντακάθαρα. Το διαμέρισμα στα παρέχει ολα, εκτός πλυντήριο, αλλα σε πολυ κοντινή απόσταση με τα ποδια υπάρχουν στεγνωκαθαριστηρια για όποιον τα χρειάζεται. Είναι κυριολεκτικα στην καρδιά του κέντρου, οτι χρειάζεσαι θα το βρεις σε λίγα μόνο βήματα. Η επικοινωνια μας με τις κοπέλες για τυχόν έξτρα επιθυμίες ηταν επίσης άψογες. Εαν επισκεφθούμε το Ηρακλειο ξανά για χειμερινές διακοπες, σίγουρα θα ειναι το διαμέρισμα αυτο η πρωτη μας επιλογή!

Seeehr sehr zentrale Lage, alles um die Unterkunft herum, mitten im Geschehen. Weder Parkhäuser/-plätze noch öffentliche Parkmöglichkeit im Umkreis von 300/400 Metern weil Fußgängerzone, daher muss das Gepäck noch ein Stück getragen werden. Unterkunft super, gute Klimaanlage, netter Vermieter. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Bohrarbeiten am frühen Morgen, kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür. Haus relativ hellhörig, dünne Zimmerwände. Durch die Parkplatzsituation ist man entweder gezwungen, einen Parkplatz für 15€ AM TAG zu nehmen, oder sucht wirklich sehr lange - wir haben eine Stunde gesucht.

In the center of the city, easy check-in/out.

When I was here (Nov 2025), there was construction work nearby, and the noise started early.
