Good sized room, very clean, spacious bathroom, great breakfast, good restaurant/bar and lovely staff. Hotel is well situated to get everywhere you would want to in Bilbao.

Sadly flight was cancelled due to French air strike. Refund not offered and though I appreciate it was part of terms it is very frustrating that some sort of agreement or perhaps a gesture of good will could not have been given, esp we had booke d2 rooms for 4 days

Flight was cancelled from uk due to French air traiffice strike. No refund was possible due to terms but I thought hotel could have made a gesture of good will especially since we booked 2 rooms over 3 days. A part refund or perhaps a voucher to use in the future would have been helpful esp since our whole trip was ruined. Other hotel bookings and taxi transfer all refunded costs apart from this hotel.
