Excellent hôtel very good situation. Guggenheim museum at less than 10 minutes by walk. You can visit all the city by walk. The rooms are large and cleans. The breakfast is complete and taste good. The guys at frond desk are fantastic. I will come here again

The hotel was very nice! I loved the modern style. The staff were so very helpful with directions or suggestions of places to eat. Also, it was in a great location. I could walk to most places of interest. I liked the bar!

Stayed here for 3 nights - great location. Typical Mercure quality with large comfortable beds. The gym was small, but well maintained. The breakfast choice was excellent and the staff were very helpful with sorting gluten free options for us. Only negative point was that there was some street noise one night

This was a very nice place to stay, I especially liked the sustainability. Bamboo room keys! I will have to agree with the other reviews about parking. It was tight, very tight and nerve wracking and I'm an excellent driver. I survived the garage shaking but without a scratch. Otherwise the hotel is conveniently located, although I only stayed one night and made the mistake of not checking the Guggenheim hours - closed on the day I were planned to go (Monday), I knew this but forgot - probably due to the parking garage. Also to note, your vehicle must be moved on the day of check out, so you must find another place to park if you wish to spend the day still exploring Bilbao.
