Great location in the middle of the city. Property is nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is on site but a bit difficult to navigate if you are not too familiar with tight spaces.

"Mercure Bilbao at the center of it all"

Our stay at the MERCURE BILBAO was wonderful. The location was all a stone’s throw away from the major sites. The Guggenheim museum, Puente Vizcaya, Casco Viejo, Ayuntamiento. You can enjoy Bilbao walking around its major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast good price for their breakfast. 👍🏻👍🏻

"Great hotel lovely staff"

Lovely hotel, happy to recommend. Rooms lovely as was breakfast. We needed to access an English speaking doctor when we were there and the reception advice was perfect. Went to a local state medical centre, got seen immediately with our blue EU card and no charge for the prescription. Hotel is perfect to access bus to and from airport and metro system is nearby, as are trams.
