"Needs refreshing"

Old and worn. Not a well maintained property. To make things worse the same complaints have been made for several years and the management replies with a “ well look into it or I’ll refer it to the appropriate parties”. The VIP area is an insult or a joke. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable hotel in the very walkable warehouse/arts district. Among the lobby decor: Chihuly chandeliers and a gallery of colorful works by local artist Becky Fos. We appreciated the walk-in shower in the accessible room. Breakfast in the adjoining Legacy restaurant offers local items. Many other restaurants are within easy walking distance.
