Was a really good stay, we had no issues here and the staff helped any time we needed it, the housekeepers missed one day of cleaning the room but i still am leaving a 5 star reviw, would stay agai

Service dog rules should be posted where customers can see. Staff should be trained on the difference so it is not confused. Staff should offer receipts when prompted instead of telling the customer to trust them they said they would refund your deposit when they get off the phone. Very rude. Night staff member should as nice and very well at explaining facility.

I read the reviews by people who obviously stay at 5 star hotels, this place is a bargain for the price. My room was clean, a/c was great and everything worked.

The staff was so rude from the moment you walk in till you check out. The place smells and the breakfast was cold. Never again!!!! Worse place ever!!!!

Was 1st given a room with air conditioner full of mold and told the hey card would work for other doors to parking but was stuck at door in pouring rain to find that my key had to be reprogrammed after each entry to the room.
