Super 8 by Wyndham Beaumont I-10 South/College St

Always a great stay here.

Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Went to room to drop off my bags before I went to get something to eat. I noticed there was a small bottle of Palmolive dish soap on top of the armoire, the bathroom floor had a dried up leaf stuck to the floor and the shower had long dark hairs on the shower curtain. A few items could’ve been cleaner, I am not upset, but hoped for a little bit more cleanliness.

I will never even in a live or die situation even so much as think about staying there again. The moment I opened the room door I was already disappointed from the old stale smell that hit my nose as the door opened. Once I walked into the the room and looked to the left on the wall was an uninvited guest (roach). Less than 5mins in another came out to greet me so I left. I didn't even stay for the room I payed for.

After I paid the 50 dollar deposit to stay here. I went to check out and stood there at least 10 mins and rung the bell 4 times.no1 came so I returned the room keys in the lil box on the desk. I had plans I had to leave besides waitn on front desk to come just to give them the keys that they clearly had a box for. So I called them to see when am I getting my 50 dollar deposit back .. this weird ass lady said she had to go check the room and make sure it's still good. ( Like ok).. she accused me of not having towels in the room when I returned the old towels to the housekeeper the bday before.. so the towels I use was in a pile at the door. She tried to keep my deposit over some towels that she accused me of taking to try to keep my deposit..

They charged us for a wall behind the door that was broke do to door know and no door stop they we didn’t even break it was behind the door in the bathroom and we didn’t get in till 10 o’clock tonight and didn’t see it till this morning

Breakfast is not good, you will hear highway vehicle sound at night. But, other than that overall good

This was the third Super 8 we stayed in this week and it was by far the best of the bunch. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was satisfactory and clean although there was a break in the bottom of the sink.

It is older, a little worn but nice and quiet, comfortable and great for the price.

There were a lot of roaches. 😑

What you would expect from a 2 star. Indian run and owned so there was a language barrier which prevented us from getting the service we wanted. They entered our room when no service was expected and really only emptied the trash instead of full service.n
