Nice property.

Observed several people loitering outside that later a police them away --- access to property not secure as door left ajar / this property is better than the one we just left but still the area is a concern.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the price was reasonable.

The halls smelled of urine. My sheets had what looked to be blood stains. The milk at breakfast was borderline spoiled.

The breakfast food was little disappointing, brownies & mini cinnamon rolls were sat out on plate without a cover when no one was around. No small cups to use for waffles, had to guess how much to pour out of a coffee cup. Employees were very friendly, the rooms were very nice.

Close to job and close to gas station big rooms but coffe pot did not work

Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to say about this stay

My only issue was turning on the TV wasn't user friendly. I had to go to the front desk and get the receptionist to come do the hokie pokie to get it working

The clerk was very Rude an the room was not what I expected the sofa was real dirty with stains on it and the sheets had stains on it I was not happy at all.

This was my second time staying here and the difference was INSANE. I stayed in 2023 and the room was nice and clean and everything went very well. This time I was going into town to visit family and to spend spring break with my kids and we got there and the pool was green and filthy and "Closed for maintenance" so prior to checking in I reached out to Hotels.com the customer service rep I spoke to was very kind and tried to get me a refund since most of the reason I chose this location is because of the pool but the hotel owners refused to give me a refund and I was told by the customer service rep I was working with that it would take 72 hours for my case to be reviewed and then another 72 to issue the refund which is almost a full week! The WHOLE time I was in town for. without a refund I couldn't afford to just make another reservation at a different hotel and I was already in town and we had to stay somewhere so I went and checked in when I gave the lady at the front my name for the reservation she said "Oh, the one who tried to cancel." under hear breath, I said "excuse me?" and she slid me my card, told me my room number and said we would have to be in a smoking room because they "ran out" of non smoking. I said ok and went up stairs and the room looked like it hadn't been cleared yet. There where hand prints on the mirror and cigarette ashes in the window, there was more issues but I'm running out of room. the point is I was highly disappointed this time.
