Pas d’eau chaude. Pas de possibilité de retirer à lanquin donc des taxes énormes sur la carte Chambre pas très propre Et l’amabilité moyenne notamment pour les activités + on a du négocié pour avoir nos breakfast to go qu’ils avaient oublié

Amazing place, amazing pool , amazing staff

Pool etc is great (if the weather is warm, which unfortunately it wasn’t at all, obviously no fault of the hostel). Food is decent and not too expensive considering you can’t bring your own.

The private room was insane, all windows, one completely sheer curtain and one more normal one, leaving 3 totally bare. I literally couldn’t wrap my head around why?? Once it’s dark, and you turn on a light you can 100% see inside which is just weird and such an easy fix.

Lo mejor fue la organización, llegas y reservas todo desde ahí, tours, shuttles, comida (todo a precio normal) También el paisaje único que tiene y el personal super amigable

Algunas instalaciones como el baño eran viejas, pero están haciendo nuevas

Location was amazing! Just 15 min walking from Semuc Champey. Staff was very friendly and made check in and check out very smooth! Food was decent and reasonable price considering you can't bring any food from outside.

I wished I did more research. They call it hotel but it's misleading because I had no idea it's a party hostel when I booked it. My girlfriend and I are very introverted and like to keep to ourselves but this place was as busy as it gets in the evenings. Every night was some kind of event which involved loud music which you can't escape due to cabins not having windows only insect screens.

The food is amazing, fresh and very tasty The staff is smiling, pleasant and always ready to help Important Important Important Important Everyone speaks English which is rare There are different types of rooms and can suit different levels of travelers and budget. The owners are young and amazing They helped us with everything, always answered and advised us It is important for me to note that we are not young travelers and we needed help and they were there for us They have different types of trips, activities in the area
