Das Personal war absolut fantastisch. Ich wurde noch nie so freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend behandelt. Nachdem ich und meine Partnerin bei der Tischwahl beim Frühstück immer den gleichen Tisch in einer gemütlichen Ecke wählten, wurde er nach zwei Tagen exklusiv vom Team für uns reserviert. Spezielle Wünsche bezüglich des Zimmers wurden unheimlich freundlich und unkompliziert ermöglicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker und vielfältig. Die Atmosphäre ist märchenhaft. Die Burg und das Hotel sind wunderschön.
